"The staff was helpful and pleasant. The outdoor pools were a great way to cool off after a day of walking in the heat! Small but did the job! We had an issue with our first room ( in the basement and very dungeon like) but was considered "deluxe/ garden view". We stayed there one night due to late check in and the next day they were able to accommodate us to another room. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. AC worked wonders!"

"The hotel is in a very convenient area. Extremely walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t as much as an ocean view as I expected and the rooftop pool had mold so I was sad that I got in it. Otherwise our room was very clean and it was great for our stay."

"Floor of our room needed a good clean-up. The room itself is modern and nice. Connecting doors, however, seem to make the rooms noisy. Front-office manager and staff were excellent, they are very attentive to all details. Breakfast buffet had minimum items, service personnel in restaurant lacked supervision. Property gives good overall impression in the general areas. The parking lot was full all the time, the parking garage seemed unsupervised."

"I fully enjoyed my time at the Kura Botanica. I was able to reach out to the hotel about helping book a taxi to pick me up at the airport. Check-in was easy, my room was gorgeous. The pool had plenty of shaded loungers so I could just sit and read my books. There's one bar on the property located by the pool. I don't drink so I was able to order soft drinks, smoothies, and some french fries from there and just relax. The hotel is in the Kura Hulanda Museum Village which is centrally located in Otrobanda to lots of restaurant options and it's a short free ferry ride or walking bridge distance from Punda which doubles the amount of options. Very picturesque and pleasant. I would be willing to stay here again with how friendly and helpful the staff were and the beauty of the property."
