Das Service Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Vielleicht gibt es die eine oder andere Unstimmigkeit in der Kommunikation, an welcher man noch arbeiten kรถnnte, aber dennoch sind alle stets bemรผht. โThe view of the lake Lucerne was spectacular with variable feelings over the day. At night, Orion constellation with so many other stars fetched beautifully right outside the window. Lucerne lake cruise boating dock is right in front of the hotel and the cruise ship also provided excellent experience of the lake. โ
โBefore the arrival of our baby, we had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at the hotel. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were very friendly, and the entire facility was spotless.
Next time, we would appreciate it if you could offer us a welcome drink at check-in as well. ^_^โ
โMain hotel is a good one, but rooms with 2XX number are in another building. There is no elevator and there is no shower booth or even toilet in the room. You have to share 2 toilet and 1 shower room with all other 5~6 rooms.

"Hotels near by were too pricey but this ibis hotel was perfect for me.. it only took 7-10min away from the main station. Hotel has the brita water machine in the lobby, we enjoyed hot water, still water even sparkling water. Room was small nice and clean. We had a good breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended this place. "
