모든 관광지에서 가까워 아주 편리한 지역이였어요. 아침 일찍 스케줄때문에 아침을 걸러야했는데 샌드위치도시락을 준비해주어 아주 좋았습니다. 음료수는 없었지만그것도 준비해주면 더 좋았을것 같습니다

아름답고 편안한 호텔
아름답고 편안한 숙소입니다. 기차역과 버스터미널, 올트타운과의 거리가 가까워서 편했습니다.

방이 조금 작긴 했지만 깔끔하고 무엇보다 관광지와 가까워서 매우 편안한 여행이었습니다.

외관에 비해 청결도가 떨어집니다.
별로 청결하지 못합니다. 리가 출장시 여러 호텔을 이용해 봤으나 이호텔은 보기만 했을뿐 이번이 처음 이용입니다. 보기에 비해서 별로에요, 방에 커피포트도 없어서 보내달라 했더니 요금부과시키고 마실물 달라했더니 따로 차지 시키고 바닦에는 나방이 죽어서 떨어져 있고 보기와는 영 다르네요

Nice hotel
Hotel is located in a good spot. Closed to the bus terminal. Everyone is super friendly. But the room was a bit dusty. Under the bed there were dust..but overall it was good!

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist somit ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten in Riga. Der erste Eindruck war auch positiv, bis wir an der Rezeption in Empfang genommen wurden. Es war außer uns kein weiterer Gast. Die Empfangsdame redete Ihren Text in Englisch in einer Geschwindigkeit runter, dass man das Gefühl hatte sie wird gerade von uns gestört. Ist halt so, kann der Dame nicht helfen. Was mich verwundert und für ein 4**** Hotel anpassend ist, war die Blockung meiner Kreditkarte mit 100€. Auf die Frage „Wieso“ wurde mir erklärt, dass es eine Vorsichtsmaßnahme ist, falls man was aus der Zimmerbar entnimmt, oder andere Leistungen usw...... Klar kann das passieren, aber dann zahlt man bei Abreise. Unser Zimmer war in der 5.Etage. Bad war Ok. Das Bett war schrecklich, da die Matratzen völlig durchgelegen waren. Ein Highlight war die Belüftung des Zimmers. Das ging nämlich nicht, denn das Fenster war ein Dachfenster in 3 Meter Höhe. Kein rankommen. Nach 3 Nächten eine schöne Luft im Zimmer. Wer mit 3*** zufrieden ist, auch wenn 4 dranstehen, kann hier günstig absteigen. Wir werden hier nicht nochmal wohnen.

Henkilökunta ja palvelu olivat hyvää tasoa, mutta yleisilme hotellissa kulunu ja vanha. SPA osasto oli tosi iso pettymys likainen, ahdas, kulunu ja saunan lauteet todella huonossa kunnossa!!! Huoneen lattia kulunu ja näkymähuoneesta (superiorhuone) toisen talon seinä heti ikkunasta katsottuna.

DÅRLIG ERFARING! Opera Hotell i Riga.
Da vi ankom hotellet ble vi tilbudt å betale 20 Euro ekstra for å slippe å vente 3 timer på å få rommet. Vi valgte å vente og da vi kom tilbake for å sjekke inn kl 15.05 fikk vi beskjed at dem hadde oppgradert rommet til et i 5 etasje uten ekstra kostnader. Det viste seg at det rommet vi fikk var uten vindu vi kunne se ut av....oppgradering.... Var det egentlig et bøttekott vi hadde bestilt ordinært? Legger ved bilde over støv/skitt funnet på bjelke i rommet tørket med en hvit serviett. Dagen vi ankom bestilte vi da et 70 minutters pragrom for par med massasje til dagen etter. Gikk ned for å få slåbrok og slippers ca 90 minutt før bestilt time og fikk da beskjed om at dem var overbooket og at vi ikke fikk massasje..... Hjalp intet at vi kom fra Norge disse 2 dagene for å feire 60 årsdag og skulle nyte massasje på turen... Og INGEN kompensasjon ble tilbudt!!! Anbefaler virkelig IKKE dette hotellet!

Receptionists are so "basic faces", smiles would make them beautiful (Christmas stress, perhaps). There was a dip in my bed, right in the middle of mattress causing uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great: good location, very clean room and friendly restaurant staff.

A love!y hotel in a great location and I'm sure most of the rooms were great. As a solo traveller I booked a single room and was very disapponted at both the size and the facilities. To be fair after my first night the hotel offered to move me but I declined as I was settled in my room.

Booked a standard double room and was put in a disabled room, which I was not informed about. It also wasn’t a double bed, it was two single beds pushed together. Very disappointed to say the least.
