Absolutely amazing! Even better than we expected. Amazing breakfast, high quality ingredients, every detail in the hotel is of great quality, from the napkins to hotel facilities. Nice staff, great spa, jacuzzi, pool (actually heated, about 28C), best gym I've ever seen. Breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea from every room. We even got upgraded to an executive suit with meant we had happy hour in the execitive louge with free drinks and afternoon snacks which was a nice surprise. Will definitely come back! (But please stop charging guests for parking )

The glass on my balcony was broken. Very unsafe tiles on the balcony was moving…. The only good thing is they really have beautiful view but everything else is just OK.

Room not prepaired correctly , deck was wet and dangerous, ouside chairs wet.. no transportation to and from beach , down is fine should have ride up , food was just ok

Llegamos muy noche al hotel y lo único de comer era servicio al cuarto muy poca variedad. Al día siguiente nos levantamos tarde y no llegamos a tiempo al desayuno, comimos hasta las 12 de medio día que servían en los restaurantes. Por lo demás espectacular el hotel.

Fabulous hotel
This hotel is much nicer than the pictures show - really lovely beach and sea which even in peak season July where pretty quiet which really suited us.pool area looked lovely but didnt use as we were only there for a few days and went to the beach. Food and drinks are quite pricey and so for a family adds up quickly. Although nearby towns are walking distance they are a little too far to walk to eat - we went part way to Opatija and you do need to walk by the road and not necessarily a pleasant walk so driving out to eat or in hotel are only options - we styaed two nights so was ok for us. Accomdation was great and loved the hotel -just a shame not nearer to other restaurants

Pros: great location and beautiful views. Cons: my room was in the 'loud' zone. The door in the hallway was so loud that it was very irritating. All I could hear was door banging all day long. Also, they had some weird house policies, like I couldn’t take a drink from the bar to the room, even though my room was right next to the bar ...

New but already shabby
For a new build hotel the condition is concerning. The rooms have features that do not work probably. In the basement water damage from the aircon and everywhere many small damages and wear already. Really sad. The stuff tries its best but some do not know how to treat a status customer by being offended. The manger could sort it out and offered me some compensation. Well done. The hotel needs urgently refurbishment and training of some stuff members.

Das Hotel und vor allem die Lage sind wirklich perfekt aber wenn man mit dem E-Auto anreist sollte man es sich überlegen! Die Ladestation beim Hotel wird nicht vom Hotel selber betrieben sondern von T-Mobile Croatia und man braucht die App, die aber nur auf kroatisch verfügbar ist! Ohne die Hilfe der Rezeption hätten wir es nicht geschafft das Auto zu laden! Das finde ich für ein 5-Sterne Hotel schon sehr schwach!
