“Room wasn’t ready when arrived at check in and when I came back received a handicap room by the elevator. Why would you give someone a handicap room unless requested and not tell them upon check in. There for four days saw house cleaning once. So if you don’t clean often, why are rooms not available. Improvements are needed for the $$.”

“The hotel does resemble the photos. However, the weather outside around the 4th of July was incredibly hot. 90+ degree heat and the AC unit is our room was terrible. Not only that, you can not adjust the settings on the unit. It was extremely hard to get comfortable during our 2 day stay. We literally had to step outside of our room a few times to get cool and somewhat comfortable. The WiFi went in and out. Only one elevator was in operation so if several people were using it, you could...

“Using Expedia caused me to be given a small room with no counter space in bathroom. I felt disrespected.”

“It was a refurbished property. The location of the property was not ideal. It is good for a night stay if you are on a road trip. Everything else is subpar.”

“We visited for an overnight in July. The grounds were well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool/fitness complex was clean and well-staffed. The Woods and Wedges breakfast wrap was a hit. I don't recommend the avocado toast. The service there was friendly and attentive.”
