Great hotel, close to everything. Especially nice breakfast. Somewhat disapointed that the parking was fully booked and we had to find another spot further away; we choose this one party due to parking beeing avaiable according to website. Staff was helpfull though.

Great hotel, in an amazing position, staff were fabulous and perfect position....pool is small but great for a cooling dip at the end of the day. Only complaint our room had 2 windows facing the building next door...but it was so hot we were nt that worried.

Great location and mostly good hotel

Excellent location to explore Riva del Garda. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning was ‘broken’ which meant the room was hot throughout our stay and staff were vague when asked if this would be fixed. The pool was a nice addition to the hotel and breakfast was good standard every day although no variety, same each day. The room we had was fairly basic but clean, the bathroom wasn’t great, not much room to manoeuvre - anyone tall staying in that room would really struggle fitting under the shower! We had requested a quiet room so think this may be why we were in the room at far top corner of hotel. The bed and pillows weren’t our favourite but comfortable enough. Only other negative was that the room used to store our luggage after check out was wide open and people in there for a meeting on our return - there is no system to ensure luggage is collected by owner only. Luckily we had no issues and our luggage was there but could be very different! This sounds like a bad review, it was a good hotel for us as we hardly used the room as out exploring - just a few minor things that let it down!

Great location and very convenient to lots of restaurants and to the waterfront and boat excursions. Very nice room although we did not have much chance to enjoy the terrace. Parking situation was a drawback. A level of a local parking garage is set aside and they register your license plate, but I could not enter that specific level and when I tried to exit I had the same problem. When I called the front desk, they seemed to not know what to do or how to get a hold of the owner/manager of the parking garage. In the end, I just had to wait and quickly follow another car out.

Great location for Riva del Garda

Perfectly located for a few days in Riva del Garda. The lake and the old town are on the doorstep and there is a wonderful view across the lake for breakfast (which had a great offering)

Other than a lack of coffee maker and ice, it is a wonderful hotel. There is reduced rate parking but the process is awful. Out of frustration, we just paid full price. Evidently if they have your cars plate number, a camera will read it and let you in. It didnt work for us. Location is fabulous, breakfast is good and the room is comfortable.

Very disappointed by no tea or coffee making facility in the room. This is very unusual in a hotel of this standard. Also disappointed by the small bathroom with shower over the very small bath. Why not just have a walk-in shower and no bath ?

We were expecting an out of this world holiday for what we paid. And both me and my daughter were v disappointed. The staff were very unfriendly and almost rude. I would not recommend this hotel and I’ve stayed in a lot of places. Staff usually make a holiday and if this was the case in our trip it’s a zero! The only bonus was that our highlight of the trip was our dinner in the Bastione. Which is obviously in the cable car opposite the hotel. Highly recommend there. The staff were amazing, the food was divine and the views spectacular. I’d probably recommend 10 different hotels in this area to this one!

Good location, otherwise dissapointment

The quality of the hotel was lower than we expected. The location was good but hotel itself was unupdated. Glandly there is Riva's activities and beautiful city center right at the door. The room was big but unpleasent and with no personality. The pool in the hotel is like a joke, it's a small bucket on the roof with the view of the driveway. There is water and room so little that you can barely get yourself wet. Breakfast has a lot of options of sweets, but not so much of fresh vegetables and fruits nor it has gluten-free options at all. The parking is additional charged.

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Europa. Die Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt und direkt am See gelegen. Die Piazza Catena hat einen tollen Flair. Das Team des Hotels hat dafür gesorgt, dass der Aufenthalt ein unvergesslicher Urlaub wurde. Im Hotel wurde auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geachtet. Der Concierge-Service beantwortete alle Fragen und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffet ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Ein Vier-Gänge-Abendmenü war sehr schmackhaft und wurde zügig serviert. Abgerundet wurde unser Aufenthalt mit einer Auflagemöglichkeit für E-Autos in direkter Nähe zum Hotel.

LOCALIZAÇÃO e CONFORTO em Riva.

Localizado em frente aos barcos que vai a outras cidades e aos bares noturnos, tem bom café da manhã, ótimo quarto com boa cama, banheira, funcionários corteses na recepção (não no restaurante). Fica em frente ao teleférico e a muitos pontos turísticos. Na frente tinha música ao vivo à noite ou televisões com jogos ( tênis ou futebol).
