Great property with so many things to do. Fun for the whole family. We stayed at the lodge. The room was in need of some renovation. The air conditioner in our room did not work well. The bathroom was pretty old. If you turned on the bathroom exhaust fan it sounded like a train screeaching to halt. Overall the room was clean and the rest of the property was lots of fun.

Really great location and lots of fun things. The horse riding and animals were great, but more care needs to be used to maintain the property and more of a sense of urgency with the staff to take care of guests . Lack of staff and things being taken care of.

I really liked the place, but I had a bad experience—I lost my iPad, and they simply said it wasn't there, even though the last location recorded was still that place. It made me really sad because the staff is generally not very helpful. Overall, it's a good place, and I'd go back if I were more careful.

The cleanliness wasn't the best; there were items left behind by previous guests in the bedsheets, the bathroom wasn't very clean either. The facilities are nicely decorated and well laid out. However, everything is expensive, and you are forced to pay for various activities whether you want to do them or not; for instance, we feel that those of us without children shouldn't have to pay for the water park if we aren't going to use those facilities.Acceptable breakfast, but expensive.

My stay at Westgate River Ranch was absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and offers a unique experience that combines luxury with the charm of the Florida outdoors. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. There were so many activities to enjoy, from horseback riding and airboat adventures to relaxing under the stars. The atmosphere was perfect for both families and couples looking to disconnect from the busy city and enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort. One of the highlights was the stunning scenery and the unforgettable ranch experience. Everything was organized, clean, and exceeded my expectations. I left with incredible memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Westgate River Ranch to anyone looking for a unique Florida getaway. Five stars all the way!

We stayed in the glamping area and it was a unique experience. Our tent was big and very comfortable. My kids loved camping with style. The service, the activities were amazing. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the lack of activities or open restaurants/bar on Sunday night, Friday and Saturday are well worth the experience.

The whole experience was awful. We rented 3 rooms for 4 adults each one, and our kids. We drive for about 3-4 hours and arrived to the resort, buy Friday night (08/21/2026). But surprise! was not available food until next day”. The staff, stated that all around close early. GPS showed that the resort is faraway from stores, gas stations, or amenities. The nearest store was at 25- 30 minutes and closes early. So, our kids had to drink just milk, and the adults had some fruit that we brought from our house. During our stance most of the time amenities were closed. They closed the pool, the water park, restaurants, ect, letting only one or two places opened, then they say: you can go to saloon, or a playground. When guests asked why amenities where closed the staff answered “we don’t know, but you have the option of going to the indicate places”, or “the weather changed, it may rain, or lightning, but you can stay in your room or going to the indicated place”. The food, the coffee, was expensive, the cocktails at the water park were disgusting, the water park’s bartenders were rude and inexpert making cocktails,(it tasted like “dirty water”). The Saturday night rodeo was great. But Sunday morning everything was close and we had to leave one day early because was nothing to do, and to stay in a room we preferred to stay at home. We went to Orlando and there we get activities and nice place to expend the 2 day resting from our planed vacation, and cheaper.
