โThe two guys who were on duty at the front desk when we checked in were wonderful. They were welcoming and helpful. Both had a sense of humor which made the experience even more pleasant.
Later, when we left for the evening, they both stepped outside with us to guide us with directions to our destination.
Together, they took a routine task from ordinary to exceptional!

Staying at The Blue Gate is always a joy โ
โMost sleep I have ever gotten in a motel room. I am used to a waterbed at home, so I always dread motel stays. This bed was so comfortable if I ever get back there, I am going to request the same room and hope they haven't changed anything!โ
โGood breakfasts; excellent, friendly, responsive staff.
Suggestion: If bedding for the "day-bed" is not provided in the suite rooms, instructions on how to obtain should be given--multiple trips to the front desk should not be required.โ
