"Room on the 23rd floor had an amazing harbour view and was close to everything via walking or public transport. Room was very clean and had heaps of space. No sign at all of good environmental practices though, no recycling, no extra blankets so had to rely heavily on heaters for warmth, but overall very good, felt upmarket"

"Best hotel to stay in Sydney! Staff is friendly, service is great. Right in the middle of the city, close to all restaurants and tourist sites. Building architecture is breathtaking."

"Overall, this hotel is great and the staff are incredibly friendly! It is in an amazing location with walkable distance to many key sight seeing activities in Sydney (Opera House, SEALIFE, etc.). The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the front since we checked in early and checked out late. The only thing was that we found the bed a little hard, but other than that it met all our expectations! "
