Older place, a bit worn but generally well-kept. The towels, sheets, and floors were clean, the shower was hot, and the AC worked. Plenty adequate for a low-budget stay.

Can't really rate the Paintbrush on anything other than staff. They were overbooked and arranged a room for us at the hotel next door (Sundowner). The hotel we stayed in was very nice, and I would stay there again.

Very out dated, not maintained well. Carpet was so bad you may not want to walk on with bear feet. We chose this hotel because it was rated an 8 but I’m sure motel 6 rated 6 would have been better. Check out at 10am not 11 like most motels.

Convenient and Comfortable

This was a perfect overnight stop on my road trip. The room was dated but clean and spacious with a comfortable queen bed. I appreciated a one-level room after being kept awake all night with loud guests overhead on a previous night.
