Very bad service all toilets is not cleaned TV is old style system central channel control no sleper On of toilet is leaking the sewage water on the floor Very far away from the center They change my room from floor 4 to floor 3 The internet was so bad Very bad experience it will not happen again

Excellent place with lots of parking and safe
It is an excellent property, good for families with kids, easy free ample parking space. The location is behind Aber Boudl, just so that you don’t get confused following location map from your booking confirmation. Staff are good, beds are not that comfy and pillow are not at all comfy.

Generally the rooms are in good condition, and the service is good. The only negative I can say is about the showers. They don't have any separation from the rest of the bathroom so when you take shower almost all the bathroom becomes wet :(

Laughing will help get you through the stay.
1. Dial-up Internet would have been faster. 2. The room was never cleaned. 3. The shower did not drain, so the bathroom would flood into the bedroom and onto the carpet ... every time you showered. 4. There was barely any furniture in a huge living area. 5. There were holes in the cabinetry. 6. The door never closed properly without a strong pull or push shut.

I reserved a room while I am in the US through Expedia based on the reviews that rated this furnished apartment 5/5. Honestly, I regretted the 450 SR that I paid per night. The sofa is not clean, bathroom has bad drainage. The water accumulated until it covered my feet while I was taking shower. I never face this issue all the past years through hotels I booked around the world. The only positive is the carage which provides security for my rental car and the luggage inside it. If I can give 0/5 rate for this stay, I will do it.

Como es posible que me hayan cobrado el total sin poder usar el hotel ya que mi vuelo quedó cancelado y no pude llegar tanto los del hoteles.com como los del hotel de Ryad Soy un cliente que al menos les rento 30 noches al año y dicen que soy gold y esos beneficios los de hiéreles se portaron muy groseros

Rude and not polite people...they did not effort in speaking English...I arrived tired having to suffer the traffic of the city with a delay on my flight and instead of supporting they were not welcoming...I will never come back and I will not recommend this hotel and change
