The hotel is very close to MRT Hua Lamphong. It's clean though not spotless. There are no windows. The toilet floor tiles can be slippery when wet. I slid twice and luckily didn't get hurt. The breakfast buffet is worth it for 250 THB, you'll be so full that you can skip lunch or dinner. The elevator could be confusing at first but then you'll get the hang of it after a while.

Had encountered with air cond problem in middle night which 24H service counter provide prompt intervention some how management is required to look into this problem in order to maintain 5 star hotel recommendation
