"Wethought the hotel was excellent. The consierge staff we really friendly and helpful.the lounge staff were excellent and everyone from cleaning staff through were really good. Hotel was centrally situated in Bangkok, metro about 5 min walk to end of the road, or use the hotel curtesy bus to run you down to the metro.They have a pool and gym, but I did not use them. However they were popular and looked good. Our suite was on 21 floor and was great, all you could want, we would certainly book this hotel again and recommend it to all."

The only thing can get better is the breakfast which is basic and ok but I was expecting a more complete buffet with a hotel with this price tag. Overall, I was happy with my stay and recommend the place."
