"Great hotel"

"I just completed my second extended stay at the Radisson Blu. Each stay was for 2 weeks and I can’t recommend it enough. The only change I can think of is to perhaps empty the mini bar and leave that refrigerator accessible for guests to use. The staff is always so very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a large corner room overlooking the pool. The bathroom was fairly large with a large shower and plenty of bench space. The wardrobe was large. There was an iron and ironing board. The safe was a decent size. We had dinner at the Traders Bar. The food was nice and tasty. There were no face washers in the bathroom. The shower head kept becoming loose. At dinner on our first night, we had a long wait for dinner. We were told it was very busy in the kitchen. We actually went to the restaurant first and there was no one in there. We did get a complimentary drink for the long wait. When we were checking out, the Receptionist asked us to wait while housekeeping checked our room. We waited and waited, but the Receptionist did not let us know if everything was ok. I had to go and ask her and she then said we were free to go."

"My colleagues and I were in Bangkok for a 2 week meeting and stayed at the Paradox Bangkok for 13 nights. I had booked a King Suite room and was given a newly renovated room in the Pool Wing. The room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed, sofa and 2 huge Samsung TVs. Unfortunately, there were some teething issues with the electrical system in the room that I was first assigned. A bit annoying but not detrimental. GM Daniel and his team did a fantastic service recovery job. Sent engineers everyday to try and resolve the issues, gave me complimentary drinks and fruits, and finally a room upgrade when it turned out that the issues needed more time to resolve. In the end I was very happy and more comfortable in the new room. I am very impressed with the service delivered by the whole team. My colleagues and I look forward to staying here again for our next meetings in Bangkok. Really appreciate the service received, the comfortable rooms and convenient location."
