"The staff at the front along with the concierge were great and very helpful. They speak with a lot of respect. The room was perfect for me as a solo traveller, AC was feeling great, breakfast is highly encouraged and the location of the hotel is in a perfect spot where you can walk to everything. Thank you!"

"Staff was excellent. Din and Nos at the concierge desk were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very nice but some parts feel a little outdated. The shower head in our room was loose and kept falling onto the tub when you try to adjust the direction. I only stayed one night so I didn’t alert the staff. The area is great as it is next to the train station, and there are small restaurants, laundry shops, and convenience stores (pharmacy and 7/11, etc) around. The pool is big with a nice view. Breakfast is excellent and buffet staff are very friendly. There was extremely loud drilling that could be heard in the room starting 9am - not sure if this was a one-off incident, but something to be aware of. All-in-all, I would recommend this hotel."
