Staff was very friendly and parking lot to room was very clean. I like the future on without key room you cant open/ or go up to your floor. Made us feel very safe. I like that they have QR code on the wal where we can leave something for that one employee that was great, with their name on photo attached made it easy to find a lady that very helpful for us. they were all actually very great.

Nice clean hotel, plenty of parking, comfy rooms and beds with good bathroom products, decent breakfast and very nice and efficient staff. We walked into the town for dinner, the town is very nice with lots of options but the walk was along the main road which is not very pleasant and takes about 20-30 minutes.

My car was broken into right under the video camera. It's been three days and can't even get a call back from the manager! Staff was excellent and emailed and even called her because she is the only one with access to it! No response yet! Very unsafe area and management is no help!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. I did not receive anything but a card and a quick note that a car was possibly broken into between Friday afternoon and Saturday late morning. I usually receive a call or visit from the police to view the cameras when a police report is filed. My team usually lets folks know about that, and that I need more information to view cameras, and I'll be able to look at them when I get a chance or when I hear from the police, whichever is sooner. I apologize this was not relayed to you. Or that the people you spoke with did not know they too can view the cameras, or that I have been in and out of the office with an ongoing health issue.I do still advise you to file a police report as any theft should be reported for investigation.Again I'm sorry the information relayed to me was spotty and the information given to you was not fully accurate. I will be in touch to get more information.

Thank you for your feedback. If you're coming North to South on Williamson Rd /Hwy 11 yeah sometimes it can be tricky, you just go around the block at the Vietnamese place on the corner and come in by Starbucks. If you're leaving to go back on the interstate, just leave out of the exit by Starbucks and it puts you right in the lane to get on the ramp for 581N. Google maps has figured it out, so that's helpful. We're glad that you enjoyed your stay other than that.

Hot water did not work we could not take shower. Tub was not draining well ,plumber was sent to fix it with delay in 2 days . Manager at hotel refused to meet stating she is busy.Customer service at desk some Spanish looking female with nose piercing(refused to give her name) was very rude and unprofessional.

We apologize the hot water heaters were malfunctioning. They were repaired the day before your departure. I, the manager did not state I was busy, I stated I was "unavailable" due to a conference call I could not leave. You could have spoken to the "Spanish looking female" who is the AM shift lead, and she could have assisted you with any issues you may have had. You also checked out an hour and a half after checkout time, and we have no record that you asked for a late checkout. We were considerably less rude and more professional than you're giving us credit for, and your approach to Catherine, who is Korean by the way, was well into what I would call shameful, and I'm happy to provide the video, with sound, from our cameras.We practice being the change we want to see in the world at our hotel. And that change is kindness. I wish you all the kindness you deserve, Bupesh. I hope the universe returns what you give tenfold.

Customer service is a reflection of how the service workers are treated. The manager manages the hotel, and was doing so in a conference call I could not leave. The AM Shift lead, which you called "Spanish looking" is a lovely Korean woman that had you let her know you were dissatisfied with your stay would have assisted you. The tub was never clogged, you didn't pull up the stopper to unplug it. And none of this was mentioned during your stay or at checkout or we would have assisted you.We wish you all the happiness you deserve, and hope that you receive tenfold what you give to the universe.

I would stay here again. Easy to get to, close to attractions. Polite check in employees. The suite was well set up so that one person could go to bed and not be disturbed by the other person and the tv.

The hotel was fine. I was under the impression it was a newer hotel but it did not look that way as our bathroom had a little dirt and mold buildup in the corner by the shower. The rest of the hotel was great and I thought the free breakfast was very adequate. I would stay here again.

We were in town for the Extreme concert. The venue was within site line of the hotel. There is a Starbucks 250 feet from the hotel. Just a great place and the staff are amazing!

I live over an hour away and made a reservation for a father-son trip for one night and an event the next day. When I got to the hotel, they turned me away because I was “local”. I said that is not acceptable because they allowed me to make the reservation and I drove all the way here, then they need to honor my reservation. They denied me cause it’s a hotel policy. I asked how it’s possible to make a reservation and not be told, and they put the blame on Expedia. I had to try two more hotels to find a place to stay. And just to be clear, they were not booked up.

I'm very sorry you feel the hotel policy is unacceptable. However, we do have a no locals policy, and you can find it on Expedia under "Important information you need to know" "Only bookings from non-local guests are accepted; guests whose residence is within 50 mi (80km) of the property will not be allowed to check in." And it is also delivered to you via Expedia messaging, which normally goes to your email.We did our best to make sure the policy is accessible and that you are made aware of it. I hope you find this information useful, and understand the policy is firm and we are sorry you were inconvenienced when you did not see it.
