Beautiful hotel! Love the health & wellness rooms. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Craig in the dining room is super polite and courteous! Nice front desk and bar area as well! Just comfortable all around and a treat to see gorgeous N&S trains pass through Roanoke.

I had one of their renovated rooms. Open, airy, the bed and pillows very comfortable. I slept well here, where I usually don't at other hotels. The history of the hotel is interesting. The lobby is beautiful. Staff very friendly.

I was only here for less than 12 hours, but the property was really unique and really nice for the area. I don't know this for certain, but it was a very nice comfortable option for the Roanoke market. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location to the walkable downtown for food, shopping and entertainment. Conveniently located by the Lick Run Greenway for a nice exercise trail.

Bed was not awesome and door to room was so poorly sealed when shut that we could hear people in the hall very loudly late in the night and they were not being particularly loud. Also, don’t like when essentially mandatory parking is not included in room rate.

Our room arrangement was awkward in that the tv was not in a position to be watched from bed. Also, there was no clock which was ok but strange. On the positive side there was a good supply of coffee which was appreciated

This is an amazing hotel with so much history and charm! It’s always a pleasure to visit. We stayed there to visit with with family and had a wonderful New Year’s Eve meal at the Regency! Wonderful! Our server, Caleb, was outstanding. A very memorable night!
