“Our room was fairly dirty in all corners, under the bed, and on bathroom surfaces. The vanity mirror light did not work until we fixed it. The room had a strong, pretty unpleasant smell that when waking up the next morning, stuck in your nose and throat. The manager was very nice and helpful, though. Not the worst place we've stayed, but there could be many improvements.”

“This property was so dirty and smelled so strongly of smoke that we checked out after one hour and stayed at another hotel. We were charged for that night and the next night, though our room for the second night could have been booked by others. We are out the money for this reservation and the money we spent at a nicer, cleaner hotel. We should have read reviews before booking. We DO NOT recommend this hotel.”

“IT didn't look good and the room smells and it seems like it was a smoke room we didn't even check in , we left and they didn't give the money back, it was already paid.”

“Melanie was so nice and helpful. Even when there was a water problem, she was always there to help. We always choose this place and even more so with Melanie there.”

“The room was dirty, dirty shoe prints on the floor, there was a whole on the wall next to the toilet and there were long hairs in the shower. Also, the floor was bowing in certain areas when you walked on it. It was definitely a bad experience. When I went to talk to the person at the desk, I rang the bell 3 times, no one ever came to the desk. Won't be staying there again.”

“Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.”

“Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel. The room looked like it had not been updated since the 1970s. The TV didn't work and I felt like it had to do with the connection to the satellite, but we couldn't get it to connect. The lady at the front desk didn't know what to do so she just gave us another remote control to try. The phone in the room did not connect to the front desk so I had to walk down there several times. Only one of the outlets worked in the room. The water in the shower was...
