"The resort was a spectacular ending to our Italian trip. Upon reaching the resort, we were met with Federica. Super nice, very accommodating, helpful, and overall very professional. She allowed us to check in early as the room had already been cleaned. She walked us through the entire resort which is beautiful. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. "The accommodation definitely looks cosier in the photos. There was no window in the room and the reception area (no personal host) also had a strange feel to it. "We would rate this 4.8. It was a wonderful location. The beach is gorgeous, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly, and extremely accommodating. We did get a Sea view, but really because it was in the high 90s we had to keep our shutters closed because of the heat. The air conditioning worked OK but with the high temperatures, it was just a lot for it to handle. You could go out on the balcony to enjoy the sea view if you wanted to. We would definitely come back! "

"Lovely hotel. Great facilities. Excellent service and good food. Only disappointment was that we asked for a lower floor and were allocated a top floor room. Beautiful, comfortable, clean room, but we had to keep the curtains closed and we could not use the balcony because of my fear of heights."
