With the construction going on it was a bit difficult to get parking to check in, but raked at a ramp across the street. Was actually cheaper. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was exceptional. I plan to stay again. Subway to the Mayo Clinic was very nice.

I love the location in conjunction with Mayo Hospital, Beds are way outdated and should be replaced. Carpeting could be either cleaned or replaced especially the halls!! But the breakfast nook was very nice and tasty.

By far the most compelling feature of this hotel is the proximity to the Mayo Clinic hospital. Easy access across the street or by tunnel. After my wife's same-day-surgery, a Mayo staff member pushed directly her to our room! The hotel almost functions as an adjunct to Mayo, in a good way. The property itself is a bit modest and outdated, and construction aids to the congestion. But the staff are helpful. We have stayed there for past clinic visits and would do so again.

I wondered if eggs,sausage and potatoes would pass a temperature test. years are taking a toll on facilities with worn carpeting and noisy air handlers some staff were excellent balanced by ones looking at you as an interference to their day
