“Always an ideal location plus the cleanliness”

“The staff weren't overly helpful or friendly. The pool was small- so the teens didn't want to go in when there were people there, and there was a weird smell in the halls. Also when you went into the room the AC wasn't on so the room felt and smelled damp. Breakfast was not good. Because we were in the week there wasn't any meat or protien. There was just a biscuit and waffles... But for us it was meant just as a quick stop over- do laundry ( which we ended up having to go somewhere...

“My schedule was delayed, so I arrived late, but Manager Javi was cleaning but immediately came over to help me. Although I wasn’t able to use other facilities, the breakfast was more than satisfying. There was yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal, and it seemed like the kids around also enjoyed it. I was traveling alone for business this time, but I’d love to come back again.”

“This property was being renovated during our stay, but it was not an issue. The only negative was that the staff seemed unprepared for the number of people at breakfast, which left guests waiting 10-15 minutes for eggs and sausage links.”

“Rooms are a bit small for 2 beds but it was okay. We couldn’t locate the source of a musty odor but it didn’t run us out of the room. Better when reduced room temp.”

“Room clean. Towels adequate for two people. AC wonderful. View of city beautiful. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff friendly and always helpful. Parking good. We had E bikes locked and cabled in open truck bed and we were concerned they might be stolen. Front desk informed us to park in the lot where they had cameras. That’s what we did and all was good. Two tissues left in Kleenex box and had to request refill. Only decaf coffee available and had to request caffeinated pack. Got in nice...

“This place is an actual dump. It is contracted with the state to house homeless people. And the people that live there are disgusting. Had I known any of this I never would have booked it! Only one elevator worked and it stopped working when we were on it. Luckily we didn't get stuck for very long. The refrigerator doesn't work neither of the pools were available or working and the whole place was hot and smelled like hot trash. Immediately went to a different Hotel. Struggled to get a refund....

“Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued...
