Fantastic stay! Beautiful view, we were in #10, and plan to come again. Clean with everything you need for your stay. Clear communication through emails which was easy and we didn’t have to go through a ‘front desk’ Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful view and easy beach access. Perfect area for great walks and pictures. The Condo was well furnished and very comfortable.

It was beautiful and right on the beach! I thought there was a washer/dryer in the unit but there is not. Everything there was excellent!

I loved how close it was to the beach, literally a few steps. The only thing I didn't like (and this is minor) was that there was someone above me stomping around at all hours.

Not happy in Rockaway
It was not completely as described. Also, there is NO sound barrier between units, especially from above. If I had known that it was a downstairs unit, I would not have reserved it. The only thing going for it is that it is almost right on the beach, even if you can't see the sand and barely the sunsets from the door.

It's relatively updated. Was not the room I was expecting. Booked a king bed with an extra bed with a double. Ended up with a full and a couch. I don't know who's fault it was, but was much I could ask because there is was no way of talking to anyone working there. Slightly frustrating that the person living there fired up his 70s Chevelle at 8 pm and returned at about 1 am. It wasn't all bad though, literally right next to the beach.

What is that smell?
This property is in desperate need of a good cleaning. As soon as we opened the door we were slapped in the face with a very strong odor of mildew and mold. This odor was so strong that when we got home after only one night of being there you could smell it on everything we had with us in the room. The property was listed as "Ocean View" this is 100% not the case. The only view you will have is a wooden fence from the kitchen window or the parking lot from the bedroom window. The ocean is very close but if you are like me and specifically booked a place so you could sit by the fire and drink a glass of wine and watch the waves crash in the winter time you will be as disappointed as I am.

The prior occupant's dried dog kibble was under the kitchen table, and not just one or two. Indicating to me, no the cleaning job was mediocre at best. I had already anticipated and lowered my standard compared to other places prior to arrival but this was disappointing. Starting the laundry before you leave was a bit much too. Not putting away dishes between clients is a bit much too. Would not return here.

I would go again.
Spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen, great location, well-stocked towels, nice tv. The furniture wasn't too comfy (I've never been in a hotel room that was!) and the floors needed scrubbing. But for a walk-off-the-beach room at the end of the season, it wasn't bad.
