“We've stayed here many times & every stay has been nice minus this most recent one. Our room had a broken USB port on one nightstand & when we notifed the nighttime front desk person all we were told was "okay, thanks for letting us know". Our shower had no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Our sink had hair in it & it was just not a comfortable time unfortunately. In the morning we got a new person at the front & they were way more helpful, also allowed us a later checkout, which was nice...

“When I first entered the room, I was surprised to see the TV hanging crooked on the wall, and overall the place was covered in dust, which made it feel far from clean. The room also had a strong unpleasant odor. The location near the airport and the affordable price were convenient, but this doesn’t seem like a hotel suitable for a long stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.”

“Best value hotel near SFO. Very clean and spacious. Many local dining options within 10-15 minutes walkable distance. Caltrain by 15 minutes walk. Will definitely stay there at the next visit”
