"Gave me cheapest room instead of I reserved. Requested to hotel front to check again the room (he dont want to check. Only got answer that I am misunderstood). Explained again and again, finally got new room key card from him which some of lights in the room are not working. "

Se tiver malas grandes e pesadas há certa dificuldade na entrada. The hotel room was small but comfortable, dining services weren’t at the restaurant but still a small comfortable space with several options, and the staff were amazing . Would stay here again! "

"The room was fine. However, it was very impractical to have only one key for the room, esp. when the room is on the 3rd floor. Frequently, one of us would have to walk down and open the door for the other. It should be possible to obtain two house and room keys when checking in."
