There was no one at the hotel because it’s a machine checkin box only and we weee asked to provided the predicated by the machine to give the key and the machine charged each person €48 euro again. How can we get the money back from Expedia or from the hotel? There is no human at the hotel. Thank you. James Wang gwongao@gmail.fom. Keine Rezeption, und damit war das Chaos vorprogrammiert. Online Checkin, der ein Code auf eigene Email sendet, leider 1 Tag nach Einkunft wurde dieser Empfangen. Man soll eine Tel. Nummer anrufen bei Probleme allerdings muss man mehrmals anrufen um jemanden am Telefon zu bekommen. Rückruf Fehlanzeige!

Det finns ingen reception. Frukost måste beställas 24 timmar, eller kl 14, dagen innan. Så boka inte med kort varsel om du vill ha frukost. Det är plastunderlägg under lakanet. Jag personligen har väldigt svårt att sova på sådana eftersom deg blir väldigt svettigt.

Hat alles gut geklappt mit dem Check in und out. Minibar wurde am nächsten Tag wieder aufgefüllt. Badezimmer und Schlafraum waren sauber. Der Fernseher bietet ein unglaublich großes Angebot an. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft als gut beurteilen und empfehlen.

Un très bon hotel, très moderne et confort a un prix plus que raisonnable. Parking gratuit sur place et supermarchés a coté ! je reviendrai sans hésiter!

Schönes gepflegtes Hotel, toll eingerichte Zimmer. Liegt in einem Industriegebiet, deshalb die nähere Umgebung nicht so schön. Bei Fragen oder Problemen kein Personal vor Ort, da das Hotel keine Lobby/ Empfang besitzt.

Sauber, neu, ruhig, günstig, groß, hell, bequem!

Sauber, neu, ruhig, günstig, groß, hell, bequem, und dazu noch eine Ladestation für E-Autos, kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer und großer Fernseher, gekrönt von Klimaanlage. Ich wüßte nicht was man noch brauchen könnte. Service kann ich nur passiv beurteilen, weil ich noch nie jemand persönlich getroffen habe, aber alles klappt immer reibungslos.
