Checkin was easy. However, the room wasn’t great. They said smoke free rooms but there were cigarette burns in the comforters. You could hear everything in the rooms. Cars, people, etc. paper thin walls. To top it off there was a giant dildo baking in the parking lot.

Burnt cigarette sheets, dog pooped stained floor, smelled like wet dog, refused to give a new room or refund. Checked out early and still refused to give refund.

Decent and clean but could be so much better
Only the Deluxe rooms have a microwave and fridge. There is a microwave in the vending room behind the front desk. They offer coffee in the lobby 24 hrs but it was poor quality. Carrie Ann at the front desk was doing an amazing job juggling phone calls and multiple people checking in. This hotel does not accept cash at all, which seems illegal. The room was very clean and they seemed like they were constantly upgrading. Not too restful for me. The brand new air conditioner made constant loud crunching sounds. The toilet started making a lot of noise in the night but the maintenance person came right away when I called in the morning and fixed it. Some other guest banged on my door by accident at 8:15 am. Hotel is right next to the casino. Hotel grounds were clean and nicely landscaped with good parking.

So so.
Clean enough. Fridge was too cold before we realized it since it froze almost everything we put in there. Our mistake. Microwave turntable (we had "upgraded" to the "deluxe" room to get microwave and fridge) did not turn. Biggest issue was the humid feel to the room and the a/c cycling from quiet to clock alarm pitch. Took forever to fall asleep. Room 237 should come with ear plugs. Since there is such variableness from one Red Roof to another I have made a commitment to not use Red Roof anymore.

Okay for the price and pets stay free!
Cheap hotel if you aren’t looking to spend too much. Pets stay free!! Double beds were very uncomfortable and worn out. Tv is outdated. Flooring was dirty didn’t feel nor looked like they clean it. Overall a simple hotel that just needs some updating

Carol from front desk is extremely rude. She is hostile, argumentative, and offensive. When requesting a refund she called the police, and requested I be removed from the property. Upon calling corporate, they stated they would correct the problem, but would not elaborate on how, and did not offer a solution to her behavior.
