I have stayed at numerous throughout Europe and this place was awful. Looks like a tired hotel that they poorly renovated.

You need a bell at reception to alert staff in the office that you are there. I waited at counter where there was a msg saying staff was attending to guest needs so i sat in lounge and waited, eventually walking into rear office to fing a staff member seated. About 7.30 Sat evening.

Not so good this time, room wasn’t serviced first day had to ask to be done 2nd day. Also very noisy 2 -3 o’clock in morning. Reception didn’t hear anything.

As an Accor member I often choose to stay at Mecure, when I travel. The only problem I had, was with the hallway lights, coming into the room when trying to sleep at night. The staff are happy and polite. I will return here again

overpriced!
We paid $220 for our room for the night, and it was nowhere near worth this price. tiny room, no fan, air conditioning didnt work. very clean and looked nice but overall was a waste of money and a big regret.

I was lied too on the phone about the parking and the hotel itself was not worth the price. The bed was ridiculously hard as well. Overall extremely disappointed and I would never stay there again, not even if the room was free.

I am unsure who you spoke to over the phone about the parking, as we have never had secure parking onsite and all of our team are aware of this. I am sorry that you found the bed to be too hard. All of our beds were replaced with pillow tops mattresses just 18months ago. Had to run the water in the shower for 5 minutes before the water got hot, wasted a lot of water. Only had hot tap on. Bed & pillows were incredibly comfy. Would stay again

There were no drawers in the room. The safe was on the bottom of the cupboard; not good if you are old; nor did it work and there were no instructions with it. There was no spare blanket and the shower set-up is poor. it is in a good location though.
