The room we stayed in was tidy and clean. It had a fridge, microwave and kettle which is very convenient especially if you’re doing road trips. They also offer some breakfast items at the reception before you need to go to room which again very convenient.

The property is old, Requested a room on ground floor and GOT. AC, fridge,Bed was great,comfy and clean. Only disappointment was the towels weren't renewed daily.which I thought were. Lucky there was a spare.

At first look not confident I had chosen well but the room was clean, it was quiet and motel was family orientated. Families staying with their kids and pets which was reassuring. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The manager is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast of cereal and toast is included in the price and I had a pet friendly room. The tariff cost an extra $20 for my dog. The bed was amazing. Soooo comfortable.

The office staff were very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, the housekeepers do an amazing job. The price was very reasonable, and free breakfast was a bonus. Apart from the traffic noise which is expected being on a main road, the place and service is great.

Renovated Hotel

Room was renovated apart from bathroom. Very clean. For a dog friendly room which are usually the worst of the property, the room was lovely. Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. It’s not the motel’s fault but people were chatting outside up until around 2am. They were permanent or semi permanent guests and didn’t give two hoots for anyone. The hotel should consider moving smoking areas a long way from guests as that is where they meet up. There was traffic noise but it wasn’t bad and expected. Reception staff were the highlight, oh and the great Thai restaurant next door.

Served the purpose for a quick overnight stop, but the room is in desperate need of maintenance and repair. Cupboards, lamps, and doors were broken or damaged, and the chairs need a good clean. Shower gel provided in a dispenser, but no washers and no hand towel provided. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Easy checkin and checkout process. Convenient location.

The motel overall was ok, facilities were at the minimum , Selfe serve being the order of the day, breakfast provided ! wait until the office opened (8.00am) help yourself to cereal etc. , guess it is to be expected in todays world. The traffic noise , the big problem yes on the highway, but the trucks all night ! Car parking, (park anywhere ?). Unit was clean, bed comfortable. if had to would stay again... so ....

Was very disappointing. Continental breakfast was only cereal and bread. Bathroom smelt horrible and shower had mould and soap scum. Fridge isn't what pictures show was a tiny bar fridge just as well I took an esky. Toaster and kettle packed away in cupboard and the tea coffee and biscuits not enough for 3 people no spare blankets for if you get cold (thankfully my daughter had her own) upon check-in guy very friendly and nice but room wasn't ready we had to wait in car for 25 minutes then walk on wet tiles. The room looked nothing like photos on wotif. If travelling and not needing Fridge with freezer space then its ok for sleeping overnight beds were comfortable but they slide on floor when you get up and down off the bed. Only 1 chair provided for 4 people. Overall 2 star rating for cleanliness and convenience. 4 star for guy who checked us in and out. He was polite friendly and apologetic. Continental breakfast isn't Continental it's literally just cereal and bread for travellers who are travelling far that's definitely a disappointment.

Location and price are probably the only good things about this place. Entered the room on the first day and found crumbs all over the bed and bedside table as well as part of a plastic wrapper. Not sure if it was just my room, which was 20, or if other rooms are the same but I was woken up multiple times through the night by loud tapping noises in the roof, as well as the sound of water rushing through pipes above me. The hot water system can't keep up with multiple showers at once, I constantly had to adjust between scalding hot and cold every time. The aircon isn't big enough for the room, barely does the job. The walls are quite thin, I spent most of the Thursday night trying to block out the late night conversations happening in the room next to me with a pillow. The whole place just needs an update in general. I did have a future booking as I am travelling to Rockhampton for work again next week but I have cancelled to go elsewhere.
