"Upon check in, I was told the room that was reserved for me did not have a working air conditioner so they were trying to find me a different room. When I didn't like the room they gave me they put me in the original room saying the air conditioner was fixed. We checked in and got ready went to dinner came back to a room with no working AC. It was so hot we could not sleep that night."

"We went to dining area for dinner. Were told they were closed& were offered a bar menu. No thank you. If I wanted to eat at the bar, that is where I would have gone. No breakfast offered by 11am on May 11. Did not have an opportunity to use our $15 per day. "

"My boyfriend and I loved this hotel for our weekend to Key West. It had everything you could need or want, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Food was delicious, pool was clean and nice, and so was everything else. We'll stay here again if we return to KW."

"Let me start by saying the little room was ok but for 2 peolpe not really, there was way too much lighting for that little space, for instance the bright spot light outside the room at night kept us woke, we had to put towels over the door to block out some of the light which didn't help that much and who's idea was it to put the dresser in the closet that was blocked by the tiny fridge. I am pretty sure there is some kind of code violation by not having a grab bar inside that huge shower. I was not imperssed by the old tea packs that were left in the room for us to enjoy they look as if someone had alredy thrown them in the trash and they were taken out and put back for someone else to use .. not cool and earl grey was one of my favs. Oh and why are there only 4 cramped parking spaces for a house that has at least 8 rooms that was just what I saw from my room. Oh yea the "House " in the advertisment you say guest house, when you get there you find out you are in a roon in the guest house and even before I can get to the room to see if I liked it or not you are asking me at check in do we want to move to a bigger room closer to the main areas ...for an "upcharge" so you are already aware that the room is too small for 2 adult people, now that rite there was real crazy. One last thing you have an iron and no ironing board......really."
