We booked this based on the great reviews, and it over delivered! Rooms are spectacular, and the view of the water is simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise! Highly recommend this little gem of a resort if you’re traveling to the Rockport/Camden area. And pay the few extra dollars to make sure you have a view of the water.

This was the most beautiful Inn ever! It was so quaint and quiet and the most spectacular and beautiful views of the cove. They were so thoughtful they thought of everything including binoculars for viewing. I love the porch area. Really enjoyed relaxing there with the views of sea, the sunrise and the sunset.

It’s a stretch to call this place in “Inn”, it’s really a motel next to a busy highway. The online photos look great, but the swimming pool is actually very small and our room didn’t have much of a view at all, despite the fact that they had a lot of vacancies the staff was unwilling to negotiate at all on a partial refund when we requested one. It is their right to have that policy, but readers should know this in advance and be very clear about it. I would only recommend for a one night stay if you’re in the area and traveling through and you need a place to lay your head down. It would be quite comfortable and convenient, but there is a lot of road noise as it is located right next to a Highway, and as a sidenote, the lotion that they provide in the bathroom had sat for so long that it had hardened and would not come out of the plastic bottle. On a positive note, The grounds are very well maintained.

First, all our reviews show that your statements are false and untrue. You were upset because we would not all you to cancel 3 of the 4 nights you booked at the last minute. The cancellation policy is clear and explained on the Expedia site, and you have to agree to it before booking the reservation. Anyone reading this review will know that the statements you are making are false. Again, they just have to read all our 5 star reviews.

Lovely room—above expectations. The wine glasses in the room were a nice touch, but were plastic (not a big deal) and not clean (big deal). Plastic is harder to clean than glass, but it matters. Hope they’ll pay closer attention to this. Otherwise—very pleased with all.

Thank you for the awesome review. We use plastic instead of glass as people walk away with them. I know they get filmy looking but it could of possibly been overlooked. Did you tell the front desk ? If so we could of spoken to the person who cleaned the room also.

This was the perfect place! Secluded & private with a fabulous view. The room was clean, cozy, comfortable and had a separate sitting area. Beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

The property and views are lovely, although there's not much in the way of amenities in the hotel or area. Unfortunately, we were shown to the wrong room when we arrived, so were getting settled in when we were told we had to pack up and move to a different room. My partner preferred the first room, so it made for a bit of an uncomfortable situation. And there was no attempt to make amends in any way. The room we did end up in was very nice and I'd certainly recommend the property.

Beautiful location overlooking the bay and ocean. There is a heated pool and an open area right by the water with chairs. Close to Rockland. There are breakfast places nearby (via car). The room is nice and clean. Everything worked as planned.

The air conditioner in the room works perfectly fine. User error appears to be the issue. You never contacted the office to ask for assistance and this is the first we have heard of the issue. We have 24 hour emergency call line.The "check in" experience was unfriendly but you don't explain how. We provide you with your receipt, key, and directions to the room and any other information you need regarding the area. Our service to top quality and can be seen by all of our reviews. None of the issues were even mentioned at check out time when you came in.

This is a very well cared for property inside and out. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, pool is a great size and private feeling, and the view of the bay is nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a charming, clean, and updated property.

Amazing!
After a crazy quick trip to busy Boston, we walked into the room at this hotel and it was complete tranquility. The women at the check in were just like family and so welcoming. The room was amazing. Very cozy, large walk in shower, bed was so comfortable and the balcony with a view of the ocean. The infinity pool looking out to the ocean was peaceful and breathtaking. We stayed 2 days but would definitely go back again.

Fantastic Views and Cute Nautical Decor
The view of the bay from the 3-season porch in our room was beautiful. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening with a spectacular view. The room is nicely decorated in cute nautical decor. The infinity pool is heated and we enjoyed conversation with other guests. Clean and quiet, this is a great place to stay. We liked it so much, that this was our second time staying here. Please note that this is a motel and there are no grills, in-room coffee maker or microwave, or laundry facilities which make it better suited for a weekend stay rather than a full week. That said, I would go back again and again.

Amazing staff, rooms, views...perfect stay
This was hands down the cleanest place we've ever stayed. The whole establishment was clean, organized and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The staff here is incredibly kind and helpful. The views are stunning. And there is so much to do and see within a 15 minutes drive. We will definitely we staying here again.
