The only thing is that the fridge in the rooms are not cold at all. I wanted to keep some dairy items in the fridge but wasn’t cold at all. "
"Staff was amazing from. Front desk, cleaning ladies, Osprey restaurant crew, shuttle driver, you name it.....everyone was great. The entire grounds of the hotel were amazing as well. Pool area was great and felt more like we were at a resort than downtown Spokane. Definitely will be staying again. "
