“The worst hotel stay ever!
1. Check-in time was supposed to be at 4:00pm. But the rooms were not ready at check-in time. Not only my family, but so many other families just had to wait for a long time until their rooms got ready.
My family was able to ckeck in at 5:00pm.
2. The mattress was all broken and sinking into the centre. I wonder if prison mattresses are any worse than this.
3. When my wife was taking a shower at around 10pm, hot water just stopped.
I called the front desk...
“I didnt end up needing to have the full room nor didnt need the pet room. Last moment changes. She downsized the room for me but the room fee did not change. Next time I will book directly with hotel staff. I also believe the room was to be 147. Dollars and i paid 174”

“Overall, our experience was great. They are in the middle of refacing the outside which is looking great. We were not able to take part in the breakfast as there time slot was too late for us. ”

The breakfast quality was also very poor compared to the room rate. If you only care about the location, this hotel could be a decent option, but beyond that, don’t expect too much.”
“This is an well maintained property. The location is ideal for dining and shopping. Along with the convenient location come a bit of road noise from the busy street through the center of town.
Staff is paticularliy kind and helpful. We would happily stay here on a return trip to the area
