“The worst hotel stay ever! 1. Check-in time was supposed to be at 4:00pm. But the rooms were not ready at check-in time. Not only my family, but so many other families just had to wait for a long time until their rooms got ready. My family was able to ckeck in at 5:00pm. 2. The mattress was all broken and sinking into the centre. I wonder if prison mattresses are any worse than this. 3. When my wife was taking a shower at around 10pm, hot water just stopped. I called the front desk...

“The Outrider hotel was a great stay!! All of the staff were amazing and also helpful with any questions we had about the area. The rooms were very modern and clean. Including a nice tea pot in room and coffee in the lobby for the morning!! The sauna/cold plunge along with the hot tub were all in new condition and were very convenient after a long day. The fire pit area was relaxing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a luxury and welcoming stay!!”

“This hotel is in a great location for our drive. It is close to 3 restaurants , had adequate parking and friendly staff. We did not use other amenities such as the pool and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was quite good with a good variety of hot and cold items. My one concern of the hotel was an apparent shortage of staff on site when we checked in.
