"Amazing staff and location "

"Great place but it’s a 20 minute walk from downtown. You get free bus passes tho, hotel is great, clean, spa is wow and friendly. Restaurant is good but super expensive but tasty. No casual family options, there’s a family restaurant next door in the sister hotel but we took a lot of starters and meal and it was the worst place we ate in Banff, the coffee shop however is splendid. Would recommend but better off eating at AeW next door if you’re on a family budget. "

"Clean hotel, great if you are traveling with a dog, and a very easy walk to Gonzaga campus along the river paved trail. "

"Breath taking views, easy to access shuttle for ski resort, breakfast buffet was delicious. Shuttle driver to ski resort was rude to passengers."

"No microwave to reheat food every hotel has one inside but this hotel doesn't have one. "

"Perfect place to stay if you are skiing in Banff or Lake Louise . Included breakfast was amazing. Staff was lovely. Sitting on the lobby near the fireplace was ideal since there were two families. The slide is fun and the hot tub was clean and hot. "

"The pool was cold, out door hot tub was nice, indoor hot tub was small, but hot. There was a guy that was taking video of my family. Not good. "

"Do not know about national park. There was no functional laundry at the facility."
