"Room and property is clean and well maintained. There are two pools which were very nice . It’s on the Spokane river and you can walk down the river path from the hotel to the falls and downtown. Very refreshing."

"I liked everything about the property except they didn't want pets on the bed. And there would be an additional charge of $100 for cleaning. Then each night they had a $20.00 pet fee. If I would of known all this before I rented I would of rented from a different motel. The breakfast wasn't the greatest."
