“Good for sleeping only and if you’re not staying in the hotel much ”

“The check in process was easy as could be with Sam sending me video insturctions on where to find the key and the entry process. Place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem one day with the water not working and it was addressed immediately. (A power surge turned the water pump off without us realizing it) and we had water back within 30 minutes. The pool was a nice place to hang around during the hot days. We would love to be back real soon.”

“This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...
