The rooms are very very clean with amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, couch, extremely comfortable beds and the staff always makes sure to ask if I have everything I need. I have stayed in many many hotels across America, usually while traveling coast to coast, or staying one night away from home for a special event. This was probably the most clean and pleasant places I've ever stayed. Staff was warm and courteous. Room was spacious and clean. Absolutely no complaints. If you are looking for basic, affordable accommodations in Rogers, this is the place to stay. We will be back!

Building has been remodeled. Nice and clean room. We had a circuit breaker flip and manager responded immediately. Was very nice and asked us how we liked the place and if there was anything he could improve on. Will definitely stay again.

It was good for the money. the bed and the pillows were very good very comfy, they kept us in clean towels for the couple of days that we were there. They had a swing for couples under a pavilion to be able to watch the traffic go by it was very relaxing at night. Staff was very courteous and nice. Rooms are very quiet.

Very nice staff, but needs to update their rooms tremendously. The hotel is as clean as it can possibly be, but based on the age and the non-efficient upkeep over the years it has gone downhill. It is worth the stay somewhere else although we need this hotel will be efficient and do.
