“We checked in at 630pm and are rooms were not ready had to wait 1/2 hour asked the situation got a answer I dont know. When we got to our rooms they were clean beds were comfortable. Happy about that what happened with check in must have been a fluke because I have never had this issue at any Hampton Inn locations.”
