โThe room is bare bones but clean. The only bug I saw was a cricket who most certainly was attracted to the light I left on and followed me in. The room does smell of smoke. It was coming from the bathroom vent which seems to be joined with a number of rooms so be aware that it will smell. Close to public transit which was quick and cheap and saved me a lot in uber/lyft. โCommon areas appeared dingy as if it needs a refurbishing. The hotel rooms were comfortable and contained an armoire, refrigerator, microwave and desk. The beds were soft enough with an abundance of pillows. It met my expectations for just an affordable, safe, comfortable place for a single woman to rest while I was off at meetings every day. โ
โThis was the first time my wife and I have stayed at a bed and breakfast, and we loved it! The host and his wife were the kindest of people. We would absolutely stay again! I would recommend for any couple or family looking to have a unique, fun stay in Indianapolis. โ
โIt is such a handy location to downtown. Free parking. Be aware there is no breakfast because of the type of property it is but we like it there for itโs other conveniences. โ
