"We just stayed one night before our cruise departing from the port of Ravenna. We arrived by train on a hot saturday afternoon, departing on sunday afternoon. The hotel is very close to the train station. Staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful, telling us how to get to a restaurant while avoiding the hot sun, and arranging transportation for us from the hotel to the cruise port - a big deal because there is no available public transit, few taxis, and no transportation provided by the cruise line. They had to make a significant effort to find a way to get us to the port, and we really appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to ensure we'd get to the port on time. Good continental breakfast provided with helpful staff for breakfast too. Overall a wonderful experience that met all our needs."

They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome from start to finish.The location was perfect, situated in a peaceful and quiet setting while still being only a five-minute walk from the beach and the lively strip, which is packed with restaurants, bars, and shops. It offered the best of both worlds: relaxation and convenience.The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of our stay. The location was brilliant, with wonderful views that made it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.The hotel was always clean and tidy, with all areas maintained to a very high standard. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again."
