"The apartment and building were both clean and secure, and the area was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated despite not speaking much english. "The room and facilities were good and as expected. The issue was the delayed check in when my reservation was confusing to the staff. I had a confirmed reservation for a family room on and had a photo and the email showing the confirmation. The hotel had another reservation for me that was not adequate and it took three supervisors and 20 minutes to figure out the confusion. This was a very short overnight stay as it was between planes at the Rome airport and we just wanted to get to our room."

"The hotel, the breakfast buffet, the restaurant, the pool, the service and the staff were magnificent. The hotel itself look more like a resort than an airport hotel. The hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport, which was about 10 minutes away. After a very busy and exhausting vacation in Italy, it was very nice to have a hotel with a tranquil environment. We almost wished we were there another day. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
