Externamente o prรฉdio nรฃo รฉ bonito mas o conforto, a limpeza, a qualidade do cafรฉ da manhรฃ e produtos de toalete fazem toda a diferenรงa. Um hotel boutique com muita arte. Importante reservar o estacionamento. โ

โI had a lovely stay โ the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Itโs also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy.

โThe staff did a great job with the Complimentary Breakfast. There was a variety and it was tasty and satisfying. They greeted me every morning --- those at the front desk and those at the breakfast bar. The cleaning staff did their job and they did it professionally. Hotel Cristallo is a two minute walk from train station. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns about this hotel. I will stay here again.โ
โDespite ongoing reservations, the hotel was extremely comfortable. Our room was huge with a smal built-in kitchen, lovely bathroom and good bed. And the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful!!โ

โReally nicely decorated, charming Italian hotel. The staff and especially the ladies at reception are super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with fresh pastries, cakes, eggs cooked on order. Really nice setting and a great base to discover the region, free parking is a big plus too. Absolutely recommend this hotel.โ
