"We arrived late in the evening. The front desk guy was not professional at all. Told us that we only made a reservation and did not pay for our stay, which was not true. Then proceeded to called someone else that told him that the expedia reservation was payed. After that he gave us a key to a room smaller that the one we booked. "This has been a very nice place to stay, and the bus system makes getting to most parts of town easy and affordable. It's also close to the train station, meaning that if you don't want to rent a car you can still get here relatively easy!
