When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. They then refused to refund my reservation, and Orbitz likewise refused to refund my reservation. So everyone should know that if the hotel doesn't deliver what it promised,...

"I’ve been staying at Park Hotel since 2007. It’s a nice, cozy place, with excellent value for the money. Very quiet for being situated in the middle of the city. Nice surrounding park. Free private parking. It’s been constantly upgraded, but not really up to date. Breakfast is not included, it’s pricey and lacking. The restaurant menu is surprisingly poor. "

I was extremely grateful because we were running out of clean clothes. The rooms were amazing. The restaurant provided one of the finest meals we had during our trip. "At one day in the morning the maid broke into my room at 6 am in the morning trying to clean or do something else. I am not too sure. I believe this is a No-Go. After I communicated this with the reception they told me they were hearing weird noises. While breaking into my room they destroyed the locking system of the door. I told the receptionist to order a Taxi for 10am, but he forgot to do so. I had to pay double the price for a transfer to the airport than the usual taxi price. (100 RON) "
