Perfect location, especially for those interested in all things Vatican. Totally walkable to most other touristy spots too. Lovely view from the rooftop garden, perfect spot to relax and take it all in. Comfortable beds and quiet location. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Rome.

The best part of the property is that it's about a three-minute walk from the Vatican. If you're interested in "old" Rome on the other side of the Tiber, this is not the best location. It's clean, and the staff is VERY helpful. But it's not a hotel, so don't expect a clean room or fresh towels when you return in the evening -- which was our biggest frustration, given how much we paid.

It is very close to the Vatican. Literally on the parallel street. Central to restaurants and shopping and transit. The building was getting renovations done. It’s an older building. The room we had was spacious but a bit dated. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean but nothing in the shower to it toiletries. Overall a decent stay.

The location is great, we walked to all the major sites and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, microwave, sink, kettle and coffee machine. There was no hotplate in the room, but one was available in the shared kitchen, which is, bizarrely, situated in the fitness room. The patio was a little neglected, as was the roof terrace, with no umbrellas and broken planters containing dead plants. However, the view from the roof terrace was great, and the terrace itself was larger than expected. We watched the sunset from there most nights. Wifi was pretty good and the area and building felt secure and calm.

We had a fantastic stay in our accommodation. Lovely room has everything you want for your stay. Raffella was exceptional in helping us arrange a taxi for airport. Nothing was a bother. Lovely place to stay very near the Vatican and the metro. Loads of restaurants in the surrounding area. Will visit again.
