호텔이라고 하기엔... 불편하지는 않음.
일단 로마의 수미진골목처럼 느껴지고 간판도 전혀없음. 호텔은 아니고 게스트하우스임. 3층에 묵었는데 엘리베이터 없음. 다만 최근에 리모델링한 객실은 깨끗하고 좋았고 후미진 골목으로 보인곳이 하루지나면 꽤운치있어 보임. 객실 청소등도 깔끔하고 일단 메트로역이 가까움. 테르미니역에서 2정거장. 주변관광지 도보로 20~30분. 20분거리에 Corea라는 한인식당도 있고 한인마트도 있음. 전체적으로 괜찮음.

Very loud at night sounds like a party next to me. The walls are very thin. Limited television selection. No coffee or tea in room. (Had some tea bags but tasted bad). Staff nice. The location is really good close to metro and nice restaurants.

As a solo traveler, the checking in was a bit stressful for me. A lack of research on my part. I would have gratefully appreciated some milk in my room when I arrived at 10 pm.

Senior citizens beware of room # 1. We are seniors and we booked room 1 with the round bed. It looked wonderful and it is a ok room if you want a sauna. Well the pic is a little deceiving probably not in a purposeful way. But the bed is 6 inches off the ground - hence someone with a bad back or has trouble getting themselves off the ground - literally - maybe you should book another room. Just a note we looked at room 2 on the same floor and that bed was not a "conventional" height either. It too was low from the gound. Not as bad as the bed in room 1 though. Also the bedroom bed was so big there was room for only 1 chair. And the closet was adequate for a short stay but it was a tight fit. It had a little room in closet to store your clothes. Shower was ok. Sink water spout was so close to sink edge you could barely get your hands under the spout to wash them. Towels were very thin, but adequate if you don't mind thin towels. Otherwise there are good points. Luckily the manager let us move to another room to finish our stay there and we got a nice room with a nice bed that was comfortable. The air worked well, but it turns off when you leave the room. If it is 90 degrees out side (32 celsius) it is going to be warm in your room when you return from your outing. The bed & bathroom were clean. The floors needed cleaning which we notice they did not mop the entire time we stayed there. The shower stall is tight. No breakfast. Good elevator. Good location. Nice eateries nearb

Ad ogni modo se avessi prestato la stessa attenzione in fase di scelta della camera avresti evitato talune situazioni a te poco congeniali legate al letto.Le suite con sauna sono camere particolari con dei letti non tradizionali, come si conviene ad una camera differente dalle altre.Tutte le camere sono dotate di una scheda che deve essere inserita nell'apposito box per dare corrente alla camera.Se si vuole mantenere le funzionalità della camere, anche quando si esce è sufficiente lasciarla inserita nel box.Se lo avessi fatto, non avresti avuto alcun tipo di problema.cordiali saluti

Stayed for 6 nights, great staff, we were able to check in early which is nice after a long plane ride. So close to many of the things you want to see in Rome. Great resteraunts and shops nearby. Wonderful, safe and clean area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Initially annoyed as we had to change rooms after first night. However, staff took care of everything and gave us upgraded room. Location was great - could walk to everything.

The property was clean and convenient, and the staff was competent. There was a very minor "hiccup" in that 1:30 pm was given to me (by Expedia/hotel?) as the time when one could get into the room. When there, I was told it was the more typical 2:00 pm, but we couldn't get in until 3:00 pm (due to earlier guests leaving late, maybe.)

We picked this hotel because of its location. The staff was really great at getting us checked in & helping us arrange transpiration to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had issues with the wifi connecting to our phones & electronics as well as other people who were staying there were saying the same thing. Their after hours number wasn’t really helpful for example, our bathroom door auto locked us out & the employee on the phone told us to wait until the morning staff gets there. We also put the “do not disturb” sign on our door one day since we had everything laid out around the room & were quickly stepping out to grab supplies, however when we got back we saw the room had been tidied up by the cleaning staff despite us having the DND sign on the front of the door. I also woke up with bug bites on my back & along my legs, which made me sleep on top of the blankets for the duration of the trip.

This is a great boutique hotel, a short walk to Trevi Fountain. It also is a super location for stop #8 on the hop-on, hop-off busses (which we highly recommend). We found our room to be excellent - we had the sauna room. Super spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were close to many great eateries and cafes. I would have no issues staying here again if we get back to Rome!

This was a hotel that provided true value and allowed us to make our 2 week trip to Rome a reality. We knew we would spend minimal time in the hotel because our focus was on sight seeing. We wanted the fundamentals only from the hotel and they delivered. It was very clean. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. The location was excellent! We were close to multiple metro stops and could easily walk to the Trevi fountain, the Coliseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps, Borghese gardens, and Roma Termini. It was surrounded by multiple shopping and dining options. The staff was very knowledgeable. Very safe area. There was a smallish elevator which always worked and was very helpful for taking luggage to the 3rd floor. We definitely recommend Excellence Suite to anyone looking for a great value!

The power went out during our stay twice. One time was during the middle of a shower in the most inconvenient time. There are hardly any amenities. Only toilet paper, 2 cups, mini fridge, a safe and hot water kettle. Everything else will be self provided. Daily House keeping and fresh towels are available. All and all I would not stay here again.

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Der Aufzug ist mittlerweile in Betrieb, manchmal hört man sein Piepsen wenn er fährt auch in seinem Zimmer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Die Metrohaltestelle Barberini ist gleich um die Ecke. Der Fernseher hing in unserem Zimmer recht unpraktisch hoch an der Wand sodass, wenn man ihn nutzen wollte, eine sehr steile Neigung des Nacken nötig gewesen wäre. Aber draussen war die Welt viel interessanter, sodass er bei uns keinen Nutzen gefunden hat. Im Zimmer gibt es alles was man braucht und die Reinigungskräfte sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Eine zweite Bettdecke gab es auf Anfrage auch. Jedoch waren die Betten bzw. die Bettdecke nicht bezogen, sondern das Innenfutter der Decke lag auf dem Bezug und nicht in ihm. Das war etwas komisch. Für die zweite Decke bekamen wir leider keinen Bezug. Dies lässt sich bestimmt einfach beheben. Uns war es nicht so wichtig.

This hotel very clean. Had a comfortable bed and in great location. A short walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants close by and everything you could possibly need is in walking distance. I would say though that the usual way we travelled to the hotel is up a hill that is a bit steep. After a long day of walking I could see it being tough for some individuals. It is on a small side road but it seems very safe and well lit at night. It was quiet so sleeping was easy. It is the first time I stayed at hotel and I was given physical keys versus the standard plastic card key. Also had a very small elevator so we didn’t have to carry bags up the stairs which was nice. My husband and I aren’t big in our rooms being cleaned when we stay at hotels. This wasn’t an issue and we were never bothered (Do not disturb tag on the door full time). I did see the rooms being cleaned most days though. Definitely used starch on their sheets as I have a slight allergy so I had a minor rash. If this is a major issue for you I would stay clear. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean low key place that is close to attractions.
