Super friendly staff, great location

We stayed for a week with my daughters and we enjoyed it all - the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness, the great location. If we ever go back to Rome we'll certainly stay at that hotel again.

The service we received from this place was impeccable! We were a group of three couples. Everyday was a busy day of sightseeing for us and we’ve have to leave the hotel early on some days. On those days they would send us a nice breakfast basket the night before so we could have breakfast before we leave or take it on the road. The staff would even contact us to ask if we would need breakfast baskets the next morning. Just hands down the best staff and hotel we’ve ever stayed in! The hotel may not be new, but it was super clean, smelled so good and have such a nice character. The rooms were nice and spacious as well. Best part was also that it was right on the spot as far as dinning,(literally around the corner and across!) tons of choices! Also shopping, etc. Super close to everything. Next door to Museo de Roma, 5mins walk to Navona square, 15 mins walk to Trevi Fountain and lots more! We literally walked to everywhere! We’ve had such a great experience in the beautiful city of Rome, top it off with the best place to stay! Thank you to such amazing staff of Hotel Primavera!

When we arrived we found the main door locked. We pressed the intercom and had no response. After trying this for 10 min we called the hotel number and had no response. Lucky for us another hotel guest arrived and let us in the main door, showed us where the elevator was and took us to the second floor, through another locked door to the locked reception door. We waited several min at the reception door and then called the hotel number to reach the receptionist. He answered and we were checked in. The property needs to provide better clarification for guests to check in. We found the 2nd floor room to be clean but very noisy during the day and at night. The bed was not very comfortable. Good thing we only had one night before we were traveling again.

This is a nice economy property close to Piaze Novano. Rome walkable when not 100 degrees. Food is almost always great! My bed was two singles made to a king and sank a little but I survived.

Great area to stay with all the great dining options right behind the property. Walkable to Vatcan, patheon and Trevi fountain. Easy access to busses that take you to Tremini terminal right outside on the main road. Walkable toTrastevere to get a really good meal. I would stay again as the rooms were all we needed for our trip. Good place and good people

Omg I loved my stay! It was so much nicer than I thought it would be. The location, the size of the room, the friendliness and overall it was vvvvv good. Not sure why it’s just 2 star it definitely is 3 stars and above. The room has all amenities, such a great location. I saved in a one person room by myself but it could totally accommodate two people with two suitcases. Highly recommend! Daniel is the best and sooo helpful

Idéal pour les courts séjour

Personnel très agréable. La chambre est petite mais confortable avec tout ce qu il faut. L hôtel est très bien placé pour pouvoir faire les activités. Le panthéon et la fontaine se trouvent à 10 minutes et le Colisée a une demi heure. Idéal pour les courts séjour vous avez tout sur place.
