교통이 편하고 볼거리에 가까운 숙소

하루동안 근처 볼거리 구경하는데 위치가 매우 가깝고 야경코스 즐기실 분들은 스페인 광장도 가깝고 트레비 분수도 근처에 있습니다. 조금만 걸어가도 역이랑 버스 다 이용하기 좋습니다. 호텔 직원분들은 정말 정말 친절하고 연락도 잘 됩니다. 호텔 청결도랑 시설 화장실 상태 모두 좋긴 한데 단점은 방음이 정말 안된다는 거 입니다. 새벽에 다른 방에서 나는 소리 때문에 잠에서 깼어요. 아무튼 작은 소리까지도 아주 잘 들립니다. 그거 빼고는 다 좋았어요. 아침 조식도 그냥 빵, 주스, 요거트, 에스프레소 이렇게 챙겨 주셨습니다. 방음안되는 거 빼고는 다 좋아요~

사장님이 너어어어어어어ㅓ무 좋앗고 숙소도 완전 깨끗 그리고 위치도완벽 스파냐역에서 완전 가까움 바로앞 근데 종업원은 ㄴㄴ 종업원이 노크도없이 짐푸는데 들어오고 영어를 못함 ㅠ 그리고 첨에 숙소에 못들어오게함 ㅠ그건 체크인시간이 안돼서 그런거같기도한데.. 하여튼 영어가 아예안되는듯 .. 사장님 오기까지 기다려야함

My partner and I stayed in room 33 for two nights the week of Jul 23, 2018. The location of the hotel is great and within a short ten minute walk you can reach some of Rome's famous sights such as the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon. However, our overall impression with the management is one of neglect. We will not be staying at the Prestige Guest House again. The current Expedia score of 4.1 of 5.0 may have been accurate some years ago but this is no longer the case. For example, the air conditioning was not working during our stay. Deeksha also notes this in his review of Jun 4, meaning that the AC has been broken for nearly two full summer months. Clearly management has no intention of fixing this issue. We were told that the required spare part could only be sourced from a factory currently experiencing a labour strike! At one point my partner requested an iron to touch-up her dress before leaving the hotel for the evening. We were told that no iron or ironing boards were available. Breakfast, although included, was not offered the first of our two mornings at the hotel. When we did receive breakfast the day of our check-out, we were dissapointed with the quality. As one previous reviewer noted, the main breakfast items were cheap, overly-sweet pastries. Breakfast is in served in the room because of the small size of the hotel. Finally, we noticed that the toilet seat was broken and that it had been taped together instead of repaired.

Arrivati nel B&B il 19 luglio 2018 ed entrati in stanza nessuno si è preoccupato di avvertirci che l'impianto di climatizzazione fosse rotto. Ci hanno detto che era successo proprio quella mattina e che di corsa avevano comprato dei ventilatori, che però, vi assicuro, non servivano a nulla. Ho contattato il personale per telefono e mi hanno detto che se volevo potevo lasciare il B&B, perdendo la tariffa già prepagata e andare altrove. Ho anche chiesto di parlare con il proprietario-gestore e mi hanno risposto che sarei stato ricontattato, ma ad oggi, 24 luglio 2018, non sono ancora stato ricontattato, ne mi hanno applicato una quanche forma di scontistica. La colazione prevedeva un pseudo cappuccino ghiacciato, anche se richiesto caldo, un cornetto, un succo di frutta e yogurt, tutto qua, nulla di più. Stanza molto piccola, ma confortevole, con moquette non molto pulita, infatti abbiamo trovato i vermetti della polvere. unica cosa positiva l'ubicazione

Das GuestHaus ist sehr gemütlich und zentral

Das Hotel wirkt fast genauso gemütlich wie auf den Bildern beworben. liegt inmitten einer Fußgänger-Zone im Zentrum von Rom und ist inmitten eines Wohngebäudes zu finden. Man kann sich das GuestHaus vielmehr als große Wohnung mit den einzelnen Zimmern als Appartement vorstellen. Leider war in unserem Zimmer sowohl die Klimaanlage, als auch die Minibar (Kühlschrank) ausgebaut, obwohl diese in der Zimmerbeschreibung beworben wurden.

It’s close to The Central

AC was down the day we checked in. We were promised it’ll be up the next day but still no. We spent 2 hot sweaty summer nights there. We were exhausted from all the walking around and knocked out only to be awaken with the heat again..

The hotel room was very good, the staff was nice and accommodating. They also had a taxi service, to the airport for $55 including luggage. But we had two issues: 1. The A/C wasn't working! It was a hot summer day in Rome and the rooms were burning up, we called the hotel owner and he said it was a national holiday and the repairman won't be able to come till Monday (we were staying on a Saturday). That is understandable, but when I asked the owner if he could get a fan or something, since it was burning up indoors and the only window was ventilation was tiny, he said "I don't have fans and I can't get you one". I found this to be very rude, and their lack of responsibility bothered me - we couldn't fall asleep till after midnight when it cooled down enough, the bedcovers didn't help, they were super thick and warm. 2. There was a standing shower, which leaked! I came out from the shower to see the water had spilled out to the floor and there was no barrier between the bathroom and the room, so it had leaked out to the room carpet! It was ridiculous, I've never seen such a bad bathroom design before. We wiped down the floor and soaked up as much of the carpet as we could. Overall, stay would have been much nicer if it wasn't so hot indoors and if we had been able to have atleast one fan for the room.

Nicht empfehlenswert!

Wir waren im April 2018 dort. In dem uns zugewiesenen Zimmer war eine Verbindunstüre. Nein, nicht zu einem anderen Hotelzimmer, sondern zu einer Wohnung! Italienertypisch war an Nachtruhe nicht zu denken. Lautes Frauengeklatsche, Kindergeheule... Das Schlüsselloch haben wir abgedeckt: man kann davon aus direkt auf das Bett sehen. Vor dem Zimmerfenster war eine einzige Unordnung mit Baumaterial, das wohl vom Umbau der Dusche stammt. Frühstück war alles andere als reichlich. 2 Unterschiedliche süsse Gipfeli für 2 Personen und Kaffee. Gemütlich auf dem Zimmer frühstücken ist aufgrund des geringen Platzes nicht drin. Fazit: Lieber einen weiteren Weg zum Zentrum in Kauf nehmen und dafür ein ordentliches Hotel haben. Zeiten für Checkin und Checkout sind alles andere als Hoteltypisch. Wenn man nicht im Voraus angibt wann man kommt steht man vor verschlossenen Türen. Nochmal buchen? Nein Dankr!

ótima localização

Ótima localização, em uma rua cheia de lojas, próximo do metrô e de pontos de ônibus. Local seguro e com café da manhã local. Só não gostei muito do elevador que parecia uma caixa, daqueles elevadores antigos que tem que abrir duas portas para poder entrar e sair mas não vejo isso como algo que atrapalhe.

Süße Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Zentral und sauber - genau das was man bei einem Städtetrip braucht. Die Zimmer sind nicht Riesen groß, aber meiner Meinung nach völlig ausreichend. Im Zimmer sind sogar ein Flat Screen, ein Safe (kostenfrei), ein Wasserkocher und ein Kühlschrank enthalten. Für unsere Zwecke die perfekte Unterkunft.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Mold all over the ceiling, shower door is broken. Light fixtures are hanging from the ceiling. The coffee in the breakfast had hard milk in it. Very dirty !

Sehr zentral

Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im 3. Stock (mit Aufzug), mitten in der Fußgängerzone nahe der Spanischen Treppe. Kolosseum, Vatikan, Trevibrunnen - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück bestand aus kaltem Kaffee und extrem süßen mit Pudding gefüllten Croissants, Saft und Joghurt und wurde auf einem Tablett im Zimmer serviert. Also besser ohne Frühstück buchen. Die Bäder sind in den Zimmern, was man leider auch riecht. Wir haben immer mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Leider wurden wir daher schon sehr früh morgens von der Müllabfuhr und dem geschäftigen Treiben einer Fußgängerzone geweckt. Die Lage ist dafür aber wirklich sehr zentral gewesen und die stoffbezogenen Wände passen gut zum Flair der Stadt.

Zentral und günstig - Jedoch verbesserungswürdig

Unschlagbare Lage. 3 min. zu Fuss zur Piazza Espagna und Metro. Verkehrsfreie Strasse daher sehr ruhig. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eine Romreise. Kleines Hotel im 3ten Stock eines Privathauses. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Ausstattung: Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in einem guten Zustand und sauber. Service: Es ist zu empfehlen, sich vorgängig schriftlich anzumelden, wenn man ausserhalb der offiziellen Eincheckzeiten anreist. Es ist dann nämlich niemand da und die Tel. Nr. auf Hotel.com ist falsch. Ausstattung: Obwohl in der Reservation ein Bademantel, ein Kaffeekocher und eine Minibar bestätigt wurden, hatten wir nichts davon in unserem Zimmer. Frühstück: Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Frühstücksraum. Daher wird das Frühstück aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das fanden wir nett. Das Frühstück besteht p.Pers. aus einem Kaffee, einem Yoghurt und einem Süssgebäck. Uns hats geschmeckt. Wenn man jedoch ein reichhaltigeres Frühstück bevorzugt, sollte man auswärts gehen. Wichtig: Pro Person fallen beim Check Out je EUR 3.50 Steuer pro Tag an. Dieser Betrag kann an der Reception nur bar bezahlt werden, und grössere Noten (EUR 50.-) können ebenfalls nicht klein gewechselt werden, weshalb wir vor der Abreise noch raus mussten um irgendwo Geld klein zu machen. Das war ziemlich nervig. Alles in allem jedoch eine gute Adresse, wenn es hauptsächlich darum geht eine günstige, saubere, zentrale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu haben.

Posizione ottima vicino via del Corso e a due passi da Piazza di Spagna! Albergo pulito ma niente di speciale, terzo piano di palazzo storico, con ascensore. Colazione in camera (cornetto, cappuccino, succo di frutta e yogurt).

A localização é o que o Hotel tem de melhor. Eles falam que o check in é 24 horas mas foi cobrado uma taxa extra por termos chegado à noite. O quarto apesar de confortável estava com o chuveiro quebrado. Funcionava esporadicamente. Imagine-se tomando banho gelado em uma noite com 10 graus. Outra coisa, no Hotéis.com, a taxa informada e de 3,50 e eles nos cobraram o dobro.

Disappointing

Quality of 'breakfast' was very poor (glass of warm juice, lukewarm water for tea, a cheap pot of yoghurt and a cheap pastry), not what I would class as a 'continental breakfast' and resulted in us having to buy breakfast everyday. Despite 'breakfast' being delivered to the room everyday at a time requested - it was late everyday. Facilities described; satellite channels (didn't work) minibar (non existent) bathrobes (non existent) and daily housekeeping (ear plug under the bed found on arrival remained there the whole time). Toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. Lid to the bin in the bathroom was broken. Bathroom had mould in and smelt of mould. Hot water took an age. Despite being asked for our departure time and confirming this with the manager, we felt hassled on the day of departure by the housekeeping/cleaner who clearly wanted to get the room clean quickly and go home. When departing we needed to pay the city tax, we had to ask for a hand-written receipt as proof of payment as the cleaner/housekeeping took the payment in cash and did not want to provide a receipt. Overall, poor service and very disappointing given that it was not chosen as a 'cheap' option.

B&B nel cuore di Roma, quindi eccellente la zona in cui si trova. Ma, la pulizia non arriva neppure alla sufficienza; il frigorifero non funzionava; le tovaglie del bagno non sono state cambiate e menomale che sono stata solo 2 notti.
