This hotel is walkable distance to the train station, even for my mother who was traveling with me and has mobility issues. It is super close to Santa Maria Maggiore and only two-3 blocks from catching a bus to visit the colosseum. There’s also a grocery store close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service from the staff. They are very friendly. We arrived before the official check-in time, but there were no problems, and they assigned us a room immediately. The location is close to some places and far from others. It's a ten-minute walk to the train station in case you need to travel to other cities.

We had a great stay. Don't let the "1 star" rating discourage you from booking this hotel which is charming, clean and very convenient to notable landmarks. We weren't familiar with the area when we booked the hotel, and found it to be less "touristy" with restaurants that locals frequented. We felt very comfortable walking around the area, even after dinner at night. Our "standard double room" was more spacious than other hotels we've previously stayed in. The hotel is easily walkable to Termini station. The room was quiet (no noise from other guests), the hot water was plentiful; the air conditioning was quiet/chilly and the mattress/pillows were comfortable. Mohammad at reception provided us with valuable tips on the area, was proficient, helpful and congenial. (Thank you Mohammad - it was great meeting you and you added great value to our stay.) When we return to Rome in two years, we plan to stay at this hotel again.
