Has everything you need for a short stay. Great location close to metro and not close to the crowded, touristy centre. Check-in instructions were clear.

Large clean room with great dining options nearby, we walked from here to all parts of Rome, it felt quite central. (Tira e Molla Roma was our favorite restaurant nearby)

The room was well located with the metro only a short walk away. The local restaurant's were great. The host was a good communicator. Not his fault but the room was not cleaned ahead of our arrival. It’s really set up like a hotel room which is fine.

Very good location. Close to the metro. Flat not cleaned at all. Enough towel in the appartment along with instant coffee/ tea. Electricity adapter available. Balcony small (2person standing up).

The suites are actually located in an apartment complex. There is no front desk. The registration forms are emailed to you when you reserve on Expedia for completion. Some things were in Italian but you can easily use Google Translate. Keep the instructions for accessing the property handy so you don't have any issues when you arrive. The location is excellent. Close (~ 10 minute walk) to 3 different stations and there are lots of shops/ food options (restaurants/ groceries) close by. You can even walk to the Colosseum (20 minutes). The streets are a bit dark at night but didn't feel unsafe. The rooms are on the 4th floor and you will need to use the elevator, especially with luggage. The elevator is on the older side. You need to ensure the doors are properly closed and hold down the button for the floor you want until the elevator moves. The room was decent. There's a mini fridge and a sink and some toiletries are provided. However, it was not cleaned properly when we arrived e.g. there were some items left over in the fridge and the bathroom could have cleaned better. We did have an issue and reached out (via email and Whatsapp) to the host who was very responsive and resolved it as quickly as possible. Overall, a great budget friendly option for short stays.

The host was really responsive if ever we need something. The place was so peaceful, the room was clean and comfortable not too far from the train station. If ever you’re in Rome, give this place a try, really worth it!

All messages we received were italian even though we asked for English. Building was very old, elevator was really old (scary for the kid). There are no photos from the building. Room was OK, but in the images they look much better. Looks like an old apartment changed into 3 rooms, so can be noisy.

No room service whatsoever. We had to take TP and towels in the corridor by ourself. Then when used towels piled up in the room, we asked for a bag to throw them inside to help the check out cleane up for the person thats gonna clean. Sheets of my friend had a large brown stain on it, and had problems with the door entrance. Room is pretty but no service on site and no cleaning the room during 4 day stay..

Me hospedé 5 noches y nunca consultaron si deseaba limpieza. En fin muy comercial

A acomodação é excelente.

O quarto estava bem limpo e organização.
