Make sure you check in before arriving so you have all necessary instructions in case your phone doesn't work when you arrive. Market nearby. Quiet street and surroundings. Wish we stayed longer than a 1 night layover

A very nice room. I was sorry we were only there for one night! A little challenging getting into the building, but that was our fault after a long day of traveling! We had dinner across the street and did enjoy the small balcony we had, which was a treat!

An amazing place to stay

It was a wonderful place to stay, very specious, modern, quiet and conveniently located in the city centre, just a short walking distance from Termini and Repubblica stations. The host, Flora is very friendly and helpful.I would definitely book again..

Clean room. Flora was wonderful and helpful. We needed to stow our bags the day we checked out and she allowed us to store them for the day at no additional charge. Great location close to Roma termini just a short walk.

We had one evening in Rome before taking a train trip the next morning. This place was perfect as it was walking distance to Roma Termini. Communication was great and the staff were helpful. I would stay here again.

room is great! bathroom is great! owner/manager pays attention to details. There are instructions for everything, communication is great, and room has a good size. It's also very clean. The only thing that could improve is the space to sit on the toilet (the toilet is touching the walls basically, but I wouldn't take one entire star just because of that).

Excellent location close to the metro/train station. Great restaurants in the area. The room was wonderful for 3 of us-Queen bed and twin for my adult son. Refrigerator, safe, and espresso machine(cartridges provided daily). A/C was quiet & much needed after site seeing in 101 degrees. Private large bathroom- with rain shower. Soap, shampoo and body wash provided. Our host Flora provided excellent recommendations.

Cons: the room was tight for three people, with insufficient closet/storage space and virtually no room to place personal belongings. The bathroom has no space to place your hygiene items. No light inside the shower. No hot water pressure. Owner came to fix it but still no pressure . setup is minimal, consisting only of a very small table with a few cups and a coffee machine Pro: double bed was comfortable. Host , responsive.

Great place to stay, especially if you're in and out of Rome, and want to get to the train station easily. The host is wonderful. The place is clean and comfortable. One suggestion, provide customers with instructions on getting in and out of the building. I had to count on other people who happened to be in the building for information on where Sofia suites is in the building, and how to enter and exit the locked front door.

We only stayed at Sofia’s Suites for a brief overnight stay between transit, but it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location near Termini Station made getting to and from the property incredibly easy without wasting precious time. It is near many sightseeing locations within the walking distance. We were able to do a 2.5 hr self guided walking tour in the morning before checking out. The room was modern, immaculately clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable for a solid few hours of rest. AC worked great, and the check-in process was smooth. Highly recommend for a short stay or a quick pit stop in the city!
