My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Mario's Apartment. Very clean and modern. We felt safe and enjoyed the cookies and coffee. Mario was helpful with check in and very responsive. I liked the location and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great pizza place downstairs was a relief after a long day of traveling and just wanting some food and fresh Oj! We will be back:)

Mario is the best host that can be. He’s got great taste, so the property, both the private room and the common areas are very attractive and impeccable. The area is safe and quiet and is just a short tram ride from the most touristy areas of Trastevere. I recommend this place for couples or solo travelers.

Mario was a wonderful host! He was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us how everything at the property worked, he even helped bring our heavy luggage up. The kitchen is a shared space but he has a dedicated shelf for each apartment in the refrigerator. All of the linens were clean and smelled fresh. We had plenty of room for all of our things and we really enjoyed our stay.

the accommodation was really clean and comfortable! the staff was really nice and polite, we got tips on things to do etc. good transport connections to the centre of rome and a short walk to the train station. otherwise a nice neighbourhood! five star recommendations for everything <3

Fantastic property, and the operator is very communicative and helpful. Access to a kitchen which is certainly nice, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean! The only reason for my 4 star vs 5 has to do with convenience of location. Anyone booking here should familiarize themselves with the area as it is quite tucked away from the major attractions in Rome. You will likely need to navigate the bus/metro to get to the central tourist area. If that’s your vibe, then this is a great spot!! Also shout out to the small pizza shop next door Pizza Boom. Great selection of pizza by weight, and other delicious food.

Amazing Hotel! The owner was very helpful and had so many good suggestions. Would love to stay there every time we go to Rome. The neighborhood is really cool, and central! The property was very clean and also had a great vibe!

The proprietor was quite helpful, not only did he save a free parking space for me, he also dealt with any issues we had in a timely manner. The place had a very positive feel and the owner created a very modern environment.

Apartment is just a few steps from the train station. Plenty of shops and good dining nearby. The host was extremely helpful and obtainable. Apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for over two weeks on business. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Owner Mario was very attentive and helpful. We discovered amazing pizza a few steps away, and a local cafe on the corner that got our busy days off to a great start.

The room was exactly as pictured and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. On a Main Street w easy access to the train and tram and plenty of buses. 20 minute walk to great restaurants, 2 minute walk to grocery store and bakeries and gelato. Kitchen had everything we could need and more.
