Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff were polite and super helpful, with great communication throughout our stay. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, and the breakfast was delicious. The air conditioning in the room was also a great escape from the 36-degree Rome heat! Perfect stay!

Great location and very helpful staff. I ran into an issue where I forgot my passport which was required for a tour of the Colosseum. I called the hotel and spoke to Ann, I gave her my room # and code to the safe and she emailed me a copy of my passport within minutes, Service like that leaves a lasting impression. Fantastic!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I travel a lot and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything and everything we needed. From airport transport, to the EU to US outlet converter I forgot, and everything in between. They were available and immediately responsive on WhatsApp at all hours of the day and truly made our stay in Rome feel like home. Aside from the amazing staff, our room was wonderful and very well appointed, and the location can’t be beat. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Rome.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a newer hotel in Rome. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the cleaning lady was very thorough. I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Rome. Also, the breakfast and service were great!

They use a very strong smelling solution to clean their rooms. We had to ask for our air conditioning to be turned on. The air conditioning fan had a strong musty smell but thankfully it was cool in Rome while we were visiting so we didn’t need the air conditioner fan. The room was very nice and had a nice little patio. Great location for walking to all of the major sites in Rome.

We had the most wonderful stay at Tree Charme Parliament boutique hotel Rome. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with an outlook onto the Main Street. Well located for many of the sights with 30 minutes being the longest journey on foot. We enjoyed the walks but ensure you have comfy shoes. Breakfast choice was good and the food presented beautifully..also options for food and drinks later in the day. The staff, Ann, Melissa and Matteo could not have been more helpful! As were the rest of the team. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. Thankyou all for such a lovely break away

Small room, depressing window/view

Room smaller than pics seemed to indicate. Felt like we were staying in a bunker, the small window looked at a wall two feet away. Zero view of outside world despite high price relative to comparable hotels. Had to unlock three different doors to get in the room. Nice staff who tried; but the room was just depressing and overpriced.
